**Job Title**: Civil Engineer / Architect – High-Rise Projects

**Job Summary**:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Civil Engineer or Architect** with a strong background in **high-rise residential and commercial building projects**. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in **project estimation, planning, and AutoCAD drafting**, and must be able to independently manage technical aspects of high-rise construction.


**Key Responsibilities**:

* Prepare accurate **project cost estimates**, BOQs, and material requirement sheets for **high-rise buildings**.

* Develop and track **project schedules**, timelines, and progress reports using MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

* Create, modify, and review **architectural and structural drawings** in **AutoCAD**.

* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

* Conduct **site visits** to verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards.

* Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying.

* Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

* Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations.


**Key Skills Required**:

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, MS Excel, and project planning tools.

* Strong knowledge of **estimation and planning for high-rise buildings**.

* Excellent understanding of **structural and architectural detailing**.

* Familiarity with construction norms, materials, and techniques used in high-rise projects.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders and teams.


**Qualifications**:

* Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**.

* Minimum **5 years of relevant experience**, preferably in high-rise construction.

* Familiarity with **local building regulations** in Gujarat / DNH region.
