Hiring: Sr Manager / Chief Manager / AVP Wealth Management

Locations: Delhi (Connaught Place, Bhikaji), Noida/Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune

Budget: 15–20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide client solutions based on individual requirements
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and share updates/news articles
  • Expand client base through new clients and referrals, building AUM
  • Initiate timely portfolio reviews for existing investors
  • Upsell and cross-sell products, keeping clients updated on market trends
  • Share research papers, scheme updates, and other relevant information with clients
  • Conduct marketing activities in coordination with regional and product teams

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and social skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex information
  • Confident and professional presentation in client meetings
  • Analytical skills with strong logical and numerical ability
  • Ability to handle stress, achieve targets, and identify profit opportunities
  • Adherence to compliance and procedural guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 7–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory
  • Exposure across Insurance, FD, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation (minimum 30 Cr)
  • Relevant certifications are an advantage
