Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Panaji. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.

  • Market analysis, Strategic planning, and Sales strategy development skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies commonly used in business development and sales.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the relevant industry or local market knowledge would be advantageous.
