About the Role

Coschool is seeking
a skilled AI Application Develop
er with expertise in building AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy high-quality prompts and applications for our AI models, working closely with education SMEs, product teams, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions for the education sector
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality prompts and AI-powered applications for diverse educational use cases.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to enhance AI-driven text, image, audio, and video generation.
  • Build and maintain APIs, backend systems, and scalable infrastructure supporting AI models and data pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend infrastructure and prompt execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI prompt engineering and application development.
  • Stay updated on AI/ML/NLP advancements and integrate emerging technologies into production.
  • Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions for internal and external use cases.
  • Monitor and fine-tune system performance in production for reliability and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building AI-driven applications using open-source/public LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and with experience in SaaS platforms (MEAN/MERN).
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, databases, scalable systems, and algorithms.
  • Hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization expertise.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or other ML/NLP frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure AI.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and agentic AI approaches.
