Position Overview:

We're looking for a highly creative, results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Media Manager to oversee and elevate our brand presence across all social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for videography,photography, beauty, aesthetics, digital storytelling, and healthcare branding.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and analyzing engaging content, managing online communities, and driving patient engagement and acquisition through digital media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and treatment campaigns.
  • Create original and engaging photo, video,reels ,shorts and written content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and patients (with consent) to capture before-and-after visuals, treatment explanations, and testimonials.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform and target audience.

Media Management

  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos (Reels, Stories, Interviews, Educational videos).
  • Retouch photos and create visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.
  • Manage all media assets, including organizing and archiving content in a shared drive or cloud system.

Social Media Management

  • Maintain and grow the hospital's social media presence with consistent posting and community engagement.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, and respond promptly in line with brand tone and customer service policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Stay updated on trends in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Brand Management

  • Work closely with the medical team, marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, privacy laws (e.g., patient confidentiality), and platform policies.

Requirements:Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social media content creation, ideally in healthcare, beauty or similar fields(Preferred but not mandatory

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, Lightroom).
  • Strong photography and videography skills (including smartphone and DSLR use).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends, especially Instagram ,Facebook and Youtube.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA or patient confidentiality laws is a plus.
