Business Development Executive

Required Skills

 2–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation in US medical billing

or RCM

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Confidence in cold calling and handling objections

 Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions

Responsibilities

 Research and identify potential clients in the US healthcare domain (physician practices,

clinics, billing companies)

 Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital

platforms

 Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team or business development

manager

 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

 Create tailored pitches and presentations

 Track all interactions and leads

 Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and solutions

 Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads toward conversion

Business Development Managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

 5–7 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in medical billing

or US RCM industry

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Solid understanding of the US healthcare system, RCM cycle, and medical billing

services

 Ability to work independently and lead client conversations confidently

 Existing network of contacts in the US healthcare industry is preferable

Responsibilities

 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

 Identify, prospect, and connect with potential clients in the US healthcare sector

 Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation,

to closure

 Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers

 Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and leadership) to align service

delivery with client expectations

 Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management

 Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and online forums as needed

 Stay up to date with US healthcare regulations, trends, and RCM outsourcing needs

Note:

 Night shift

 Salary as per Market standards

 Saturday& Sunday Week off

 Looking for immediate joiner / 30 Days of Notice period is acceptable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
