Position: Sr Engineer- Technical Service Team (Energy & Audit Commissioning)

Job Description:

v Inspects installation of energy conservation measures in complex commercial/industrial facilities for compliance with engineering standards, technical requirements, and specifications.

v Gathers information to determine energy use, energy loss, and potential energy savings in commercial / industrial facilities.

v Researches energy conservation opportunities for individual firms; determines cost-benefit elements of implementation plans; prepares written energy audit reports; presents findings and proposed energy management program to business executives.

v Explains advantages of energy conservation to prospective clients regarding the cost effectiveness and savings potential in meetings

v Prepares specifications for installation of energy conservation measures.

v Coaches less experienced energy staff in preparing Energy Auditing Reports

v Should be able to understand energy in various forms be it electricity, thermal, renewable, etc. and the various applications of the same.

v Should be knowledgeable of various equipment's used in any process industry like chillers, pumps, air handling units, boilers, compressors, etc.

Knowledge:

v Knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations of various building types like commercial, Residential, Hospitals, Factories etc.

v Should preferably be an IGBC AP/LEED AP/ GRIHA AP/ BEE Energy Auditor/ Manager or any associated Green/ Energy Credentials

v BEE certified energy manager certified person can be added as advantage.

v Should know CAD and other Project Management Tools.

Skills Required:

v Applicant should be a good reader specifically technical reading and gathering, organizing and analyzing information.

v Applicant should be good technical research

v Hands on experience in instruments and equipment's.

v Willingness to travel

v Good communication & presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:
 Masters/ Bachelors in (Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering) with 4 to 8 Years of Experience in Energy Audit / Commissioning Services
