Mechanical Engineer – ANSYS/CFD/Noise Analysis

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 5–10 years

Salary : 12-30 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer from an OEM background with strong expertise in ANSYS simulations, CFD analysis, and noise & vibration studies. The ideal candidate will contribute to product design, validation, and performance optimization by applying advanced engineering tools and simulation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural, thermal, CFD, and acoustic simulations using ANSYS and related tools.
  • Conduct noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) analysis to ensure compliance with product requirements.
  • Support product design and development from concept to production with OEM-level standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, R&D, testing, manufacturing) to improve performance, durability, and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed simulation reports, validation documents, and design recommendations.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and provide engineering solutions for performance or quality issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest simulation technologies, industry trends, and standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in an OEM or Tier-1 engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in ANSYS (Workbench, Fluent, CFX, Mechanical, or similar modules).
  • Strong experience in CFD (flow, heat transfer, aerodynamics, cooling systems, etc.).
  • Expertise in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) / acoustic analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in design validation and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other CAE tools (HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Star-CCM+, etc.).
  • Experience with automation/scripting in ANSYS for efficiency improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in automotive/industrial domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
