Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials, including banners, brochures, and infographics.
  • Develop 2D and 3D motion graphics for promotional videos, product animations, and web visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute content strategies.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and new design techniques

Requirements

  • Location:

Kolkata
- Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and 3D rendering.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio:

A strong, professional portfolio showcasing a range of static and animated visual design work is mandatory.
- Work Arrangement:

This is a
Work From Office (WFO)

position.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Expertise in animation and editing tools, including
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Motion Graphics Plugins suit.
- Experience with
Cinematography Tools

and other gadgets is a plus.
- Experience in explanatory edits in both long form and short form content with attractive motion graphics elements and transitions are required.
- Knowledge of 
AI tools

for design support and SFX and knowledge in sound design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, artistic layout design, and color theory.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
- Ability to rapidly analyze and interpret  scripts while delivering autonomous problem-solving solutions."
