Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, with responsibilities including creating 3D models using Tekla Structures, developing structural steel models, checking and editing structural designs, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The Modeler, Checker & Editor will work collaboratively with engineers and fabricators to produce precise shop and erection drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing quality checks to minimize errors and maintain the integrity of all design outputs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Tekla Structures for Structural Steel Modeling, detailing, and editing
  • Knowledge of Structural Systems, Connection Design, and Fabrication and Erection drawing standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality checks on structural designs and models
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering and fabrication teams
  • Ability to meet project deadlines and adapt to project-specific requirements
  • Educational background in Structural or Mechanical Engineering (Civil Engineering) or an equivalent discipline
  • Experience in a similar role in Structural Steel or Mechanical Design with AISC Standards.
