Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor located in Noida. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completion. Daily tasks include monitoring progress, supervising workers, implementing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
- Relevant experience in real estate or related construction fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
