About the Role

We are seeking 3 highly motivated Full-Stack Developers with strong expertise in React, , Tailwind CSS, and Python (Django/Flask/Automation). The ideal candidates will have at least 1+ years of professional experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

This role requires individuals who are disciplined, reliable, and accountable, with excellent communication skills and fluency in American English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, , and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build and integrate backend APIs with Python frameworks (Django/Flask).
  • Implement automation scripts and solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, especially in AI/ML integration (good-to-have).
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver with accountability under minimum supervision.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with:
  • Frontend: React, , Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Python (Django/Flask), Automation
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Good communication skills with fluency in American English.
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and commitment.
  • Proven reliability and accountability in delivering projects.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to AI/ML-based applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
