Hiring Experienced Certified Medical Coders

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 +Year

Notice Period: Up to 2 Months Accepted

Certification: Mandatory

Salary: Up to 10 LPA (30% Hike on Previous CTC)

Relieving Letter: Previous Company Relieving is Mandatory

Open Positions:

  • Radiology Coder
  • Surgery (Cardio Vascular) Coder
  • Surgery (Orthopedic & Pain Management) Coder
  • Ancillary Coder
  • E&M IP Coder

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate codes (CPT, ICD, and HCPCS) for all procedures and diagnoses.
  • Ensure compliance with all coding guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards as per client and company requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with QA teams to ensure consistent documentation and coding practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in medical coding (relevant specialty).
  • Certified coders only (CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent).
  • Must have Relieving Letter from the previous organization.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance standards.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 2 months notice are preferred.
