Dental Lab Technician

• Receive digital scans or impressions and prepare working models for aligner fabrication.
• Design and process aligner trays using CAD software or thermoforming units.
• Trim, polish, and finish aligners to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Maintain documentation and case tracking for all aligner orders.
• Assist orthodontists in reviewing digital setups and treatment stages.
• Ensure all aligners meet prescribed quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of lab equipment and materials.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain 3D printers
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for case coordination.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in the dental laboratory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Dental Technician (or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dental lab work; prior experience in aligner fabrication preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and orthodontic appliance fabrication.
• Experience with 3D printing, and digital orthodontic workflows.
• Attention to detail and precision in manual and digital work.
• Soft Skills:
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, onsite role in a dental laboratory setting.
• May require flexible hours to meet case deadlines
