About Us:

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical organization committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with solid experience in pharmaceutical sales to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Generate new leads, maintain customer relationships, and expand market reach.
  • Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and report preparation.
  • Ensure timely order booking, collections, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Participate in product promotion activities, CMEs, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy/Business (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharma sales (ethical/GP/Speciality/Institutional).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
