About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI & ML Developer to join our growing travel technology team. You will work on building intelligent, large-scale systems leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves designing, training, and deploying models that enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making across our travel platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with data engineers, full-stack developers, and product managers to create scalable AI-powered solutions — from recommendation engines to AI travel assistants.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, and data-driven automation.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) into production systems via APIs or fine-tuned models.

Build scalable data pipelines to process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Optimize models for performance, latency, and real-time inference in production.

Collaborate with backend teams to build AI microservices and integrate them with existing platforms.

Experiment with prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and model evaluation frameworks.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks — continuously exploring new techniques.

Document experiments, maintain reproducibility, and follow best MLOps practices.


Core Technical Skills

Programming: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

NLP/LLM Frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex, RAG architectures

Data Engineering: SQL/NoSQL, Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar

Deployment & Infrastructure: Docker, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services

MLOps: MLflow, DVC, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Model Types: Regression, classification, clustering, recommendation, generative models, transformer-based architectures

Versioning & Collaboration: GitHub, Jira, ClickUp (or similar project tools)


Preferred Skills

Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS)

Familiarity with agentic AI and multi-agent workflow orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)

Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib)

Understanding of travel industry data (bookings, inventory, dynamic pricing) is a plus

Basic knowledge of front-end integration using React or APIs
