We are currently seeking a Automation Testing Engineering Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Automation Tester:

Job Description: Experience: 5+ years

  • Experience in Automation Test Tools
  • Write Test Cases based on functional specifications.
  • Understand the use cases/User Story.
  • Execute test scripts to ensure the system release functions as expected.
  • Identify and escalate, as necessary project risks and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Be able to prepare reports on defects and problems that arise during system testing.
  • Revise test cases as necessary based on project team feedback.
  • As necessary modify/create Qualification Plan, Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Reports, Trace Matrix commensurate with project complexity.
  • Convert the Manual to Automation test scripts
  • Report out statuses to the leads onshore daily during the Stand-up calls.
  • Additionally, update efforts on a given work item on everyday basis.
  • Provide true estimates on work assigned prior development. Also ask questions/provide comments on User Stories/work items assigned.
  • Be a team player and flexible towards availability in case of any urgent issues that need immediate attention.
  • Plan out vacations in advance (min. 2 weeks of adv. Notice).

Qualifications:

  • Should have 5+ Experience in any Automation Test Tool.
  • Should have experience in Measuring performance in J Meter tool
  • Should be conversant with tools like SmartBear, Selenium.
  • Exposure to ERP automation testing
  • Performance / load testing experience is desired.
  • Mocking API calls and test data.
  • Good analytical skills to understand a given requirement and provide work estimates.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have a good understanding of Azure DevOps.
  • Additionally, nice to have experience in Test Complete.
  • Should have a good debugging skill
