Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to meet operational goals.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks based on workload and priorities.
  • Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incidents.
  • Compiled with MES regarding data entry and data reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in molding & casting process development or similar field.
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Ceramics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • MES/SAP understanding
  • Practical experience about ISO Standards.
  • Proficiency in MS excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong understanding of moulds, mixers, press machines, and other equipment used in the industry.
