  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in SAP PIPO integration development and at least 2 years with SAP-Ariba and SAP-SuccessFactor integrations using Direct Addon or SAP PIPO.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, data mapping, and interface development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities and timelines.
  • Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models and integrating business processes with PIPO tools.
  • Involved in all lifecycle phases: POC, blueprinting, mapping, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Capable of translating business requirements into middleware solutions for SAP and non-SAP interfaces.
  • Responsible for independently completing project tasks and creating technical specifications from functional requirements.
  • Expertise in SAP PIPO versions 7.4+, including SLD, ESR, ID, and adapter configurations (JMS, JDBC, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, web services).
  • Skilled in SAP PIPO Java and graphical mappings; familiarity with SOAP, API management, BPM/BRM design, transport management, and alert configurations.
  • Understanding of security standards (SAML), AIF, multiple OS (Linux, Windows), and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
