Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented
BIM Trainer
with 3+ of experience to support project teams in creating, updating, and managing detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
  • Generate and update drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models.
  • Detect and resolve clashes through coordination meetings and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
  • Assist in preparing BIM documentation, standards, and workflows.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide model-based insights.
  • Ensure models comply with project scope, technical specifications, and client requirements.
  • Support project delivery throughout design, construction, and handover stages.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller in AEC projects.
  • Proficiency in
    Revit
    is mandatory.
  • Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools (advantage).
