Job Title: Back Office Sales Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Call to customer, explain about our products.

Support sales team with documentation, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.

Perform general administrative duties to support the sales department.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records.

Requirements: Any Degree. Basic Computer Knowledge. (MS Office).

Working Hours: 8 to 10 Hrs DUTY.
