  • Manage online booking platforms (MMT, Agoda, Goibibo, , etc.) including rate updates and inventory control.
  • Handle direct guest bookings, group reservations, and package promotions for the resort.
  • Ensure timely communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp with guests and travel partners.
  • Coordinate with front office and management teams to maintain smooth reservation operations.
  • Monitor daily occupancy reports and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.
  • Lead and train front desk/reception team in maintaining high service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
