Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS and Fusion Technical Lead to oversee the development, integration, and technical support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle technologies and lead a team in delivering scalable ERP solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical development for Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.).
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS, Fusion, and third-party systems using tools like OIC, SOA, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Customize Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, Page Composer, Groovy scripting, etc.
  • Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
  • Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure development quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage data migration and upgrades from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
  • Support Oracle patches, cloning, upgrades, and system troubleshooting.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and unit test plans.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and new features, ensuring the organization remains up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of technical experience with Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Forms/Reports, Apex, FBDI/HDL, and Web Services.
  • Knowledge on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or other middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with Fusion SaaS development tools (e.g., Groovy, VB Studio, Page Composer, REST API).
  • Understanding of security concepts, including role-based access and data security policies in Fusion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams across regions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience with tools like OUM, AIM, or Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD for Oracle environments.
  • Previous experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects is a strong plus.
