We're Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Content & Curriculum
Location: Delhi | Type: Full-Time
Join our team at HMCG Sector Skill Council and help shape the future of caregiving and home management education.
Key Responsibilities:
– Content creation and curriculum design aligned with skilling and vocational standards
– Review and develop training material as per NSQF, NOS, and QP frameworks
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and relevance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in content development or curriculum design (preferably in the skilling/TVET sector)
Should have knowledge of the skilling ecosystem
Candidates having experience in Sector Skill Council are preferable
Knowledge of NSQF, NOS, QPs, and assessment frameworks (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
