We're looking for a visionary Graphic Designer to lead the creation of seasonal print designs that elevate our brand's appeal and drive sales.

Requirements:

Candidate having more than 1 year of experience

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities

Trend Research & Forecasting

Continuously explore marketplaces, competitor offerings, trade journals, WGSN, and customer feedback to identify emerging styles and designs.

Idea Generating & Presentation

Conceptualize new seasonal design ideas, translate them into compelling presentations, and propose enhancements to past bestsellers and upcoming designs.

Mood Board Creation & Concept Discussion

Build mood boards reflecting design direction, present them to the leadership team, and iterate based on feedback related to styles, fabrics, colors, and trims.

Design Archiving & Organization

Maintain a systematic archive of approved designs for easy access and future reference.

Sampling & Lab Dip Coordination

Conduct bi-weekly sampling of lab dips and print samples. Support partners in finalizing designs and ensure timely yardage procurement for sampling needs.

Client Feedback Integration

Collect and analyze customer feedback, maintain a feedback tracker, and use insights to refine designs and improve client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
