Sr Executive – Territory Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order acquisition for Factory Automation, Process Automation, Digitalization & Drives from Direct / Indirect customers (Through Channel Partners) in the region based on given targets.
  • Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
  • Regularly visit Contractors and End-users to collect requirements in Automation and Drives.
  • Work together with Contractors and End-users to understand the Requirement or derive it from Tender documents or P&ID Diagrams.
  • Develop optimized configuration based on Siemens products and solutions
  • Explore opportunities for Digitalization like Digital Twin, AI/ML, Analytics, Condition Monitoring, Cloud and Edge based solutions
  • Assist & coordinate in commissioning to ensure customer requirement is fulfilled.
  • Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channels
  • Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers
  • Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time.

Qualifications:

  • BE/B Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Communication

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in selling & execution of DCS or Process Automation based solutions in various applications like Pharma Chemical, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Process OEMs etc

Requirements:

  • Self-Driven with Growth Mindset
  • Business result orientation and focus on achievement of given targets.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Good communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Process knowledge of Pharma, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Paper, Cement, Sugar, Food & Beverages, Material handling etc
