Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draughtsman (ITI AutoCAD) to prepare technical drawings, layouts, and designs that support our engineering and project requirements. The role involves creating accurate 2D/3D drawings, ensuring adherence to specifications, and coordinating with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, designs, and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and instructions from engineers or project leads.
  • Update and revise existing drawings as per changes in requirements or specifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for easy reference and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
  • Support in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) or material take-offs from drawings, if required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • ITI Draftsman (Mechanical) with strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may also be considered).
  • Strong technical drawing and visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials/manufacturing/construction drawings will be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
