Your role

Data Quality and Governance Specialists ensure that HR data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with relevant regulations and policies. Their responsibilities may include establishing data quality standards, designing data validation processes, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors, implementing data governance frameworks, ensuring data privacy and security, and providing guidance on data management best practices. Their goal is to improve the reliability and usability of HR data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Leading People data governance to deliver robust People data to downstream applications and reports
• Manages specific DQ Projects/initiatives
• Creates training material & delivers knowledge sessions for Data SPOCs
• Ensures maintenance of data documentation & Employee Data Guidance TEAMs
• Co-ordinates enhancement of DQ controls, tools and functionality
• People Data Quality & Integration

Your profile

• Passionate about data in different forms ranging from master data to analytics, and the opportunities that good data management and governance brings along.
• Has a holistic and end-to-end approach in diagnosing potential data challenges and can maneuver between a high and low level approach to support in overcoming the challenges related to data.
• Thrives in a visible role as you will be working with data products, data management team, data owners and many more in establishing good governance.
• Has a strong cooperative and communicative nature and the ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Has a curious mind and see beyond constraints of existing data practices in improving these based on a solid problem solving approach.
• Familiar with data governance frameworks and best practices of data management.
