Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Liquidity & Net cash flow planning for Forecast, Budget, Planning round, actuals.
Responsible for export price calculation & alignment with headquarter (VW & Skoda)
Responsible for NCF task force.
Responsible for monitoring CSR budget & approvals regarding CSR.
- Prognosis of Liquidity (including identification of blockage of funds) and Cash flow.
- Working capital calculation and identification of measures for improvement
- IFRS and IGAAP audit responsibility
- Special tasks as assigned by Management
- Reporting of monthly Spartenrechnung of cars and other business or VW brand
- Price calculation & alignment with HQ for export cars
- Calculation of support required from headquarters by various brands
- Analysis for cars versus business case
- Supporting feasibility of new markets for exports and pricing of new models
- To ensure internal controls for proper revenue recognition, Qualitative and timely accounting of export revenue and quantity reconciliation
- Support to accounting for vat incentive and export incentive on periodic basis
- Support to treasury for forex exposure, trinity upload on periodic basis
- Support for QMS audit
- Approval of shopping carts regarding CSR activity
