Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

What You Will Do As A QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Web and Mobile App.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile and API applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality across the software lifecycle.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand ups, and review meetings.
• Take initiative to improve testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks without constant oversight.

What You Will Bring as A QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or four years of equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test cases.
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Jira, Cypress or similar).
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with Automation Testing. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience working with US based business teams.

• Excellent written and communication skills in English language.

• Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations- EST Overlap (Eastern Standard Time)

• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download| 10 Mbps upload

Pay Range*: 1,012,500 INR- 1,417,500 INR Annually
