Established in Karur in 1985, RK Exports is a leader in the manufacturing and exporting of Home Textile products including Kitchen Linen, Bed and Bath Linen, Outdoor textiles, and 100% Cotton Made Ups and Fabrics. Role Description
This full-time role of GM Operations (Home Textile Manufacturing) is based on-site in Karur. The GM Operations will oversee the daily operations, manage multiple departments, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities include team management, budgeting, and meeting production targets while adhering to company standards and certifications.
Qualifications
- Proficient in General Management and Operations Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management
- Experience in Budgeting and resource management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Karur
- Experience in the textile industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
