About KPAC Marketing

KPAC Marketing is a performance-driven Digital Marketing agency helping brands grow through strategic design, storytelling, and marketing execution. We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas, aesthetic visuals, and impactful brand expression across platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, websites, brochures, and brand collateral.
  • Understand campaign objectives and convert them into creative designs that align with brand tone and identity.
  • Work closely with the content & marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign creatives.
  • Create and edit short visual content (basic motion graphics / reels would be a plus).
  • Maintain consistency in brand design across all communication materials.
  • Stay updated with trending design styles, color palettes, typography, and layout techniques.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (CorelDRAW / Figma is a plus).
  • Good understanding of layout composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to convert briefs into creatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of social media formats & digital design guidelines.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
