We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst – Decision Sciences

Business: Wealth & Personal Banking

Principal responsibilities

Support the definition and design of Decision Systems Technology Strategy i.e., build Cloud based Cognitive decision infrastructure for implementation of Advance Analytics with performance at scale.Deliver & execute the roll out of Future State decision system across any HSBC market.Deliver the Decision Optimization program objectives related to development and implementation of Machine learning models, access to new external data and improvement of Credit Straight through processing, Turnaround time etc.Join up with teams to deliver a consistent Cloud based Decisioning Infrastructure across Underwriting, Originations, Fraud and Account Management.Implement best practices and standardize the change management process across various region.Create global standard service levels & deliver MI to support operational monitoring of Future Decision Systems service. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university.Experience on Python programing, Git, GitHub, Python Test Framework (PyTest), Visual Studio Code (VS Code)Knowledge on python code quality guidelines (PEP 8, SonarQube)Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience on BigQuery.Experience on working with Jenkins Pipelines (CI/CD), Airflow DAGsExperience on building user interfaces (UIs) using technologies like React JS, Vue JSExperience on credit decisioning product(s) E.g., Experian Power Curve, SMg3, SAS Intelligent Decisioning, Provenir etc.
