Job Details:

• Propose / assimilate Financial Matrix
• Ensure alignment with overall business strategy
• Design to Cost
• Stay aligned with applicable byelaws, guidelines, and market changes
• Define and adhere to SOPs and timelines, ensuring timely delivery within envisaged cost & quality
• Capable of designing & handling high-rise residential buildings; should independently manage design from concept to execution stage
• Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants

• Technical & Design Knowledge in:

• Liaisoning Knowledge (DDA, MCD, NGT, Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Urban Art Commission, MOEFCC, RERA, etc.)

• Market Awareness (Domestic/International)
• Construction Methodology
• Innovation
• Efficient Communication and Interpersonal Skills; ability to adapt to change
• Customer Satisfaction Orientation
• Should be capable of handling a project from feasibility to construction stage
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of local byelaws and development regulations (DDA, MCD, NCR-specific norms, Transit-Oriented Development guidelines, Delhi Master Plan 2041, etc.)
