Job Description
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 3- 5 years of experience to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.

You will be responsible for developing APIs, optimizing data storage, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver robust applications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with distributed systems, and driving backend :

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure server-side applications.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across services and infrastructure layers.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • RESTful/GraphQL APIs with , Python (Flask/FastAPI/Express), Database Management, AWS, Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, IAM roles, and secure API best practices.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, , Python, or Go).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of caching, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time applications.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
