Summary
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications. This role focuses 70% on backend (Java/Python) and 30% on frontend (React), with exposure to AWS, CI/CD (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), and SQL.

Job Description
Technical mastery

• Build an impactful, performant, and scalable stack and unified application that fear no challenge
• Write production code to lead our developers from the front.

Team leadership

• Challenge product management and user experience to provide highly usable and insightful features
• Champion innovative software development methodologies across front end and server side

Execution

• Deliver quantified business outcomes for customers with products that deliver the future today and make us proud
• Build trust via transparency, communication, and consistent delivery that is on-scope and with outstanding quality

Must-Have Skills

• Experience: 7–10 years in building interactive web applications.
• Backend: Expertise in Java or Python with frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
• Frontend: Strong experience in , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap/Material).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Databases: Strong SQL knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Additional Skills

• Experience with data visualization libraries , Google Charts) is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
