Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer specializing in FlutterFlow development to join our small but growing team
on-site in Koramangala
. You'll work directly with the founders and other early hires to design, build, and deliver features that make rental turnovers faster, safer, and more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and extend an
    existing FlutterFlow template
    to build the vendor-facing section of ReadyOS.
  • Customize UX/UI to fit vendor workflows (job acceptance, task management, compliance uploads, invoicing).
  • Work with the Operator FlutterFlow Developer to ensure design continuity and shared components across the platform.
  • Connect frontend components with backend APIs and workflows, collaborating closely with backend engineers.
  • Ensure responsive design and smooth performance across devices and screen sizes.
  • Implement interactive elements, state handling, and real-time features within FlutterFlow.
  • Participate in reviews, testing, and iterations to maintain usability and product consistency.
  • Consider the entire vendor journey, spotting gaps or inefficiencies in the flow.

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, for clear collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with
    FlutterFlow
    , including customizing and extending prebuilt templates.
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles and ability to adapt provided designs into functional flows.
  • Experience wiring up APIs and managing data in FlutterFlow.
  • Ability to ensure responsiveness and adaptability across iOS/Android devices as well as web browsers.
  • Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teammates.
  • Capable of solving practical workflow issues, not just implementing surface-level design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or workflow products.
  • Familiarity with auth, RBAC, secure file handling.
  • Payment integration exposure (Stripe or similar).
  • Design skills in tools like Figma/Sketch to fill gaps when specs aren't fully defined.
  • Awareness of internationalization and scaling for global use.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Primary structure:
    Contract-based, with base pay plus milestone bonuses (e.g., vendor workflows, task management screens, API connections, adaptive layouts). Payments are tied to milestone completion:

Weekly base: ₹9,000

Per milestone: ₹10,000 (×5 = ₹50,000)

  • Bonus Equity option:
    For the right candidates, we are open to granting a small equity stake (up to 0.025% ~2,500 shares) as an on-time/quality bonus.

    Strong performers may transition into a longer-term or leadership role as the backend team expands, but no ongoing commitment is guaranteed at this point.
