Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Analyst
with a strong background in
SQL
and
UiPath
to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in process automation, data analysis, and operational efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
• Develop, manage, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and analysis.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor automation bots and resolve issues to maintain business continuity.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
• Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum
  3+ years of experience
  as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in
  SQL
  (query writing, optimization, database management).
• Hands-on experience in
  UiPath
  (RPA design, development, deployment, and monitoring).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with other automation tools or scripting languages.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
