A client of N53 Techworks is looking for a
DevOps Manager (5+ Yrs)

and a
DevOps Lead (12+ Yrs)

for their WealthTech platform.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to automate, secure, and scale our cloud-native WealthTech infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with development, QA, architecture, and the DevOps Lead to streamline software delivery, enhance system reliability, and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations. You will also help integrate AI-powered DevOps tools to improve testing, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & CI/CD

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) with AI-driven enhancements for smarter testing, code validation, and release planning.

Infrastructure as Code

  • Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes, adopting AI recommendations for resource optimization and auto-scaling.

Observability & Monitoring

  • Implement Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for system monitoring, integrating AI-based anomaly detection and proactive performance alerts.

Security & Compliance

  • Apply DevSecOps practices, including secrets management (Vault), IAM, and secure API deployment.
  • Use AI-assisted security scanning and compliance checks to maintain regulatory alignment.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to adopt AI-enhanced DevOps practices that reduce manual tasks and improve platform resilience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Technology.
  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience (preferably in financial or regulated environments).
  • Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Git.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, DeepCode, Harness, AWS CodeGuru).
  • Good understanding of DevOps principles and automation best practices.
  • Exposure to GitHub Actions, Vercel, analytics tools, and test automation frameworks.
