Job Title: STEM Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced STEM Trainer who is passionate about teaching and technology. The trainer will engage students between the ages of 6 to 16, foster creativity, and build strong foundations in robotics, electronics, and programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for students (age group 6–16).
  • Communicate regularly with parents to track and improve student learning outcomes.
  • Develop educational content, including question papers, presentations, and manuals.
  • Design and structure robotics-related syllabus and curriculum.
  • Organize and conduct demo sessions for prospective students.
  • Set up and maintain electronics and robotics laboratories.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant teaching/training experience.
  • Strong technical skills in: Embedded Systems, Electronics & IoT, Arduino, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
