Location: Bangalore, India ( Devanahalli)

Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days from office per week)

Experience Required: 10+ years overall with 5+ years in Delmia Apriso / MOM solutions

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delmia Apriso Solution Architect to lead our Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) initiatives and drive solution excellence across DELMIA portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Delmia Apriso implementation, a broad understanding of the MOM ecosystem including Ortems and other related modules, and a strong orientation toward solution design, delivery leadership, and presales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Delmia Apriso implementations.

  • Define and align the MOM solution roadmap with business goals, leveraging suite (Apriso, Ortems, 3DEXPERIENCE integration, etc.).

  • Ensure scalability, reusability, and best practices across MOM deployments.

  • Implementation Leadership

  • Oversee implementation projects as the solution owner, guiding functional and technical teams.

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to delivery teams in India and globally.

  • Ensure successful delivery across all project phases from requirements to go-live.

  • Presales & Consulting

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support RFPs, demos, and customer solution workshops.

  • Translate business requirements into effective MOM solution architectures.

  • Contribute to proposal creation, estimations, and value articulation for prospective clients.

  • Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the key technical and solution advisor for customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term adoption.

  • Build strong client relationships through thought leadership and consultative solutioning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Delmia Apriso for global manufacturing clients.
  • Strong functional understanding of MOM/MES processes, shop floor integration, and manufacturing execution best practices.
  • Broader exposure to MOM ecosystem, including Ortems (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) and 3DEXPERIENCE integration.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, presales, and customer workshops.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and lead from the front.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Systemes certifications in Apriso or MOM platforms.
  • Experience with multiple manufacturing industries (automotive, aerospace, electronics, etc.).
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring teams in a global delivery setup.
