About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Frontend Engineer
with strong experience in to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance web applications with rich UI/UX. Prior experience in video streaming, media platforms, or real-time content delivery will be a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications using and modern JavaScript (ES6+).


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.


•⁠ ⁠Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth rendering and responsiveness, especially for video-heavy platforms.


•⁠ ⁠Work on video streaming-related features such as adaptive bitrate streaming, custom players, video analytics, and live streaming integration.


•⁠ ⁠Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.


•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and debug UI issues across various browsers and devices.


•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development using


•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with state management frameworks (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.


•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.


•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Git version control.


•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:


•⁠ ⁠Experience with video streaming platforms or media technology.


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of HLS/DASH protocols, DRM, and CDN integrations.


•⁠ ⁠Experience integrating or building custom video players (e.g. , Shaka Player, JW Player).


•⁠ ⁠Understanding of WebSockets, real-time communication, or live streaming workflows.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with TypeScript.

Education:


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
