Job Summary:

Charcoal is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to contribute to the visual storytelling of our brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will craft visually stunning content that elevates our presence across social media and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of sophisticated graphic assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative software. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all visual touch points. Drive creative innovation by staying ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to produce fresh, industry-leading visuals. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of creative execution. Analyze the performance of design campaigns and use insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in design.
  • A portfolio showcasing innovative and effective social media content, branding, and marketing designs.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (motion graphics and video editing experience is a bonus).
