Responsibilities:

  • Define test plan and test cases based on product and technical requirements.
  • Must have a passion for quality and a bias towards speed.
  • Must be able to learn new technical areas quickly.
  • Should work on Back end, Regression, Sanity, System Integration, Functional and Load Testing on Server/Client based systems
  • Working closely with the internal and external design/test teams in identifying problems
  • Document identified problems with enough detail and in a manner, that supports resolution
  • Produce periodic status and operational reports
  • Testing in different environments including web and mobile.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Help troubleshoot issues, Problem Solving, providing objective feedback to software development project teams
  • Make independent technical contributions in-support of program objectives, Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively Verbal & Written strong.

Technical Skills:

  • Test automation design & development at all levels from unit to end to end system testing.
  • Must in API testing Knowledge.
  • Should be having strong knowledge on Testing concepts and processes.
  • Should have relevant testing experience in the areas like - Test plan, test case design, test data preparation, test execution, test report preparation and defect tracking.
  • Should have experience in Testing in different environments including mobile and web.
  • Should have basic knowledge on Java concepts along with Selenium web driver test script preparation Hands on experience required.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Browser developer tools etc.
  • Experience in analysing system requirements in a test environment.
  • Experience preparing Test design documents, Test plans, Test procedures, etc.
  • Basic Mongo DB and data base testing Knowledge
  • Well versed with testing concepts like SDLC, STLC and Agile Process
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools and software change management, requirements management and traceability, test case development and workflow management.
  • Experience in any defect tracking tool .
