- The objective of this position is to support theLuminare Health HCM Quality Management (QM)processes by performing clerical and administrative tasks aligned with quality management policies and procedures
- The role requires leveraging strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of assigned responsibilities
- 1-2 Business environment Vertical: US Healthcare Insurance Process Name: Luminare Health HCM Quality Management Scope: Perform clerical tasks related to quality management policies and procedures as assigned, utilizing analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Perform administrative functions as assigned by the Luminare Health lead
- Support the QM team by completing assigned tasks utilizing Microsoft products, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Complete accurate deliverables while meeting assigned due dates
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing clerical tasks related to quality management policies and proceduresCompleting administrative functions as assigned by the Luminare Health lead
- Supporting the QM team by leveraging Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Ensuring deliverables are accurate and meet assigned deadlines
- Overseeing the quality and timeliness of tasks assigned to the individualConsulting with the Luminare Health lead for guidance on complex tasksInforming the QM team about task progress and completion
- Preparing and submitting reports related to quality management tasks
