We are preferring candidates who have started their career as a Developer OR Tester and then moved to BA role
Role : Business System Analyst
Experience: 5+ yrs Location: Gurgaon
Job Requirement:
- Gathering Business Requirements.
- Demonstrating leadership in driving requirement gathering sessions and prioritizing requirements
- Preparing mock-ups and wireframes for the requirements in close collaboration with the client and UX team.
- Having good understanding and experience of creating Process Workflows
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Should have worked in technical development projects. BFSI domain project experience is preferred. - Owning and developing relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Helping design and document and maintain system processes. Familiar with SQL and API.
- Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicating key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Proficient in scalability, authorization, authentication, APIs, database queries, and validation types. They should also be able to debug issues at a high level and have basic business analysis skills.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Solid experience in Agile methods and SDLC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
