Job Description:

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous inspection, testing, and analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for mechanical engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in quality assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Identify and investigate quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
  • Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
  • Participate in supplier quality audits and supplier development activities to enhance product quality and supplier performance.
  • Support customer inquiries and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, quality procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
