- We are seeking an experienced Mainframe CICS System Programmer to join our IT infrastructure team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CICS (Customer Information Control System) environments on IBM mainframes, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain CICS regions and related components.

- Provide technical support for CICS in a z/OS mainframe environment.

- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot CICS systems to ensure performance and availability.

- Implement and maintain security standards for CICS environments.

- Perform capacity planning, system health checks, and disaster recovery support.

- Collaborate with application development teams to support CICS-based applications.

- Analyze and resolve complex system issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Maintain documentation of system configurations, standards, and procedures.

- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation as needed.

Requirements :

- Strong experience as a Mainframe CICS System Programmer.

- Proficiency in CICS, z/OS, JCL, VSAM, RACF, and DB2

- Expertise in CICS installation, customization, and maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of CICS internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with tools such as CEMT, CEDA, and CICS Explorer.

- Experience with problem determination tools (e., Abend-AID, Fault Analyzer, OMEGAMON).

- Knowledge of mainframe security (RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret).

- Ability to work in a high-availability environment with mission-critical applications.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with CICS Web Services, MQ, and IMS integration.

- Knowledge of automation tools (REXX, CLIST, or other scripting).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices in a mainframe environment.

- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
