Back Office Assistant

Skylink Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Back Office Assistant to join our team in Kolkata. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative and project coordination, acting as the backbone of support for both management and operational teams. We're looking for a highly organized individual who's eager to leverage modern tools and technology to enhance overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office coordination.
- Manage documentation, reports, and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain data using MS Excel (Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support internal teams in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communication.
- Assist management with project documentation, vendor follow-ups, and record maintenance.
- Use AI tools for data management, reporting, and task automation to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding or working knowledge of AI tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Local candidates from Kolkata are preferred.
