JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Provides administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to Our company's CEO
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- managing schedules, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with a variety of tasks, both professional and personal
- Key responsibilities include scheduling, travel, event planning, managing communications, preparing documents, and acting as a liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Secretarial Support:
Answering phones, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and filing documents.
Schedule Calendar Management:
Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and important events.
Travel Arrangements:
Booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and managing itineraries.
Event Planning:
Coordinating and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication Liaison:
Serving as the first point of contact, screening calls, and relaying messages.
Document Preparation:
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Research Information Management:
Conducting research on behalf of the employer and maintaining databases.
Personal Errands:
Running personal errands, managing household tasks, and assisting with personal matters.
Discretion:
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
